I’m a 31-year-old mom to one amazing daughter. Previously a full-time career woman, my life was profoundly transformed when I became a mother. The journey through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum revealed a vulnerability I hadn’t anticipated. During that time, I leaned heavily on my family and realized how crucial that kind of care is.

 

Not everyone has access to the support they need during these intense, beautiful, and often challenging moments. That’s why I became a doula. My mission is to be the steady, compassionate presence you can rely on in those vulnerable days, offering emotional, physical, and informational support to help you feel empowered and cared for as you welcome your little one.
